Our Services

Heating We install, service and repair all types and makes of gas fired boilers although our preferred manufacturer for new boilers is Worcester Bosch. Due to our ‘Accredited Installer’ status with Worcester Bosch, we can currently (August 2013) offer up to 8 year full manufacturers warranties (subject to terms and conditions). Boiler swaps , full or part system installations to include radiator replacement, underfloor heating or just energy efficient control up grades are no problem. Whether you require a combination boiler, system (pressurised systems) or a conventional boiler (vented systems), we cater for all types of modern condensing boilers and ancillary components. Need a new gas fire fitted? Again, no problem. Our engineers will ensure that the installation is carried out to a very high standard and ensure that all the necessary safety checks are carried out. For added peace of mind, we are able to self certify all of our own installations to current Building Regulations standards avoiding the cost of Building Control Inspections. As currently required, we provide full local council Registration and compliance certification along with warranty certification on all new heating products installed. Plumbing Wether you need a leak repaired or require some lead pipe work replaced, please call us for a quotation. Replacement taps, blocked wastes and drains, washing machine / dishwasher installations all catered for.New water storage tanks, cylinders, faulty emersion heaters, soil pipe replacement, etc, etc. If you are thinking about a bathroom up grade or require a full strip out and replacement to include all the necessary trades (plastering, flooring, tiling, electrical), then we are here to advise and provide a free no obligation quotation.

Gas Services As with all domestic gas work, the engineer needs to be fully qualified and certified to carry out this type of work. We ensure that all of our engineers individual competences and gas core qualifications are up to date and that they are Gas Safe Registered. Our Services include: Landlord and Homeowner Gas Safety Inspections and certificates (CP12). Gas leaks and pipe work replacement / modifications. Gas appliance servicing and repairs. Gas hob and oven installations. Gas fired water heater and multi point installations. Ventillation and flue installation / upgrades to include chimney flue liners.
